FitClick is a multi-vendor delivery platform that connects users with vendors offering healthy products, including but not limited to:

Sport stores
Organic stores
Supplement stores
The App allows users to browse, order, and pay for products from these vendors. FitClick acts as an intermediary and does not own, produce, or sell any of the products listed on the App.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

Maintain the security of your account credentials.
Notify FitClick immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
FitClick reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
All orders placed through the App are subject to acceptance by the vendor.
Prices are set by the vendors and may vary. FitClick is not responsible for pricing errors.
Payment is processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By placing an order, you authorize FitClick to charge your payment method for the total amount, including taxes and delivery fees.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of the individual vendors.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the vendor and location.
FitClick is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as traffic or weather conditions.
Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of their products.
FitClick does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions, images, or nutritional information provided by vendors.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse the App by introducing viruses, spam, or other harmful content.
You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order meet your dietary and health requirements.
All content on the App, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of FitClick or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
FitClick is not liable for:
Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
The quality, safety, or legality of products purchased through the App.
Any actions or omissions of vendors or third-party service providers.
You agree to indemnify and hold FitClick harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
FitClick reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Saudi Arabia.
FitClick may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
