At FitClick, we strive to ensure that you have a seamless and satisfying experience when ordering healthy products through our app. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them fairly and efficiently. Refunds are subject to the policies of the individual vendors on the FitClick platform. FitClick acts as an intermediary between users and vendors and does not take responsibility for the quality, safety, or accuracy of the products sold by vendors. However, we will assist you in resolving any issues with your order.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an order that does not match what you purchased.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or spoiled.

  • Missing Items: If part of your order is missing.

  • Cancelled Orders: If the vendor cancels your order before delivery.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Minor discrepancies in product appearance or packaging.

  • Delays in delivery that are beyond the vendor’s control.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact the Vendor: Reach out to the vendor directly through the FitClick app to explain the issue and request a refund or replacement.

  2. Escalate to FitClick: If the vendor does not resolve the issue satisfactorily, contact FitClick’s customer support team at info@fitclick.app within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide the following details:

    • Your order number.

    • A description of the issue.

    • Photos or evidence of the problem (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • If a replacement is offered instead of a refund, the vendor will arrange for the replacement to be delivered at no additional cost.

5. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of their products. FitClick reserves the right to suspend or remove vendors who repeatedly fail to meet quality standards or resolve customer complaints.

6. Delivery-Related Refunds

If your order is delayed or undelivered due to reasons within the vendor’s control, you may be eligible for a refund. However, FitClick is not responsible for delays caused by factors such as traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Disputes

If a dispute arises between you and a vendor regarding a refund, FitClick will mediate to reach a fair resolution. Our decision in such matters will be final.

8. Changes to This Policy

FitClick reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the app, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
